0494 CFI Facade Renovation

This former paint factory in Pennsauken, NJ was repurposed as a contract furniture dealership and required a renovation of the office wing of the facility for the new use. Years spent unoccupied had not been kind to the original glazed brick facade. Freezing water had broken up much of the glazed surfaces. New insulated windows replaced the original single glazing and new metal cladding was designed to emphasize the lines of the building in sympathy to the original facade.
