0099: We have been providing ongoing consultation to the Montessori
Academy as they carry out an extensive renovation to their facility housed
in a timber framed barn. One significant part of that has been the design
of a tile floor pattern on the second floor that will be developed into
a unifying theme in the main circulation areas of the school. The pattern
is based on Montessori teaching materials used in the school. This particular
pattern is interpreted from the materials used to teach mathematics, specifically
trinomial functions.
