9407: This small studio space for a graphic/multi-media design firm explored the dynamics of dividing a space. The entire space needed to function as an open plan work space when the office was being driven by deadlines, and at the same time provide meeting and presentation space to support different size groups and a range of media. The niche in the multi-function room provides an intimate scale space for meetings, while the overall room supports projection of media on two walls from overhead sources. When used as a work room the conference tables break down into individual work tables.
