The Multi-Family Group:
Offering multi family projects as stock plans is a bit of
an experiment. This is because a project of this type will almost certainly
require the stamp of a local architect in order to be approved and permitted
for construction. Single family houses technically require the same treatment,
but in practice they are less strictly regulated on a local basis. If these
plans prove popular and successful for the users we will expand the offerings.
