Spec Aid is our assistance in identifying appropriate and/or compelling products and finishes to incorporate into your builds for your target market. Our Construction Print sets typically outline several options for key building materials. But with Spec Aid we can be on call to help you identify alternate products and materials to meet your goals for aesthetics and budget.
Sometimes a customer gives you a picture and says "I want the siding to look like that" and you may have no idea what that material is, or what it might cost. Here we can be at your disposal, another set of eyes, perhaps we'll know what you are looking at, or perhaps we'll know an alternate.
There is nothing magic here, except the opportunity to face a range of problems that you usually face alone with some help and a second eye.
