How to Order

At the end of 2006 we finally enabled ordering directly from the web site. This was a big step in making the process easier for you. This bypasses the order form and speeds up the entire ordering process. On the web page for each house design you will find "Buy Now" buttons, one for each type of print we offer. This will take you to a new page which gives you the option of paying with Paypal or a credit card. Its that simple now. No online shopping carts, no registering and passwords. Just click through and fill out your info.

Although its likely becoming more rare we know that some are not comfortable ordering online. And so we are still happy to take orders by mail. Heres how to go about it step by step:

Get the Order Form: First thing to do is download our order form. The link is on this page and the form is a PDF file (use Adobe Acrobat to view and print). Fill out the sections for your name and address, and a ship to address if it differs. Make sure you include your email address for correspondence, and phone number for the shipper.

Fill out your Order: You may be ordering design prints of several houses so get the Project Numbers you need off of the web pages and fill them in. If you are ordering Construction prints, it is likely you will be ordering only one set so double check your number - remember there are no returns. Add up your total, NJ residents must add sales tax.

Shipping: First off, we only ship to the US. Our standard shipping is US Post Office Priority Mail with Confirmation tracking and it is included for the 48 states. If you are elsewhere, email us and we can try to make arrangements with you. If you must have them faster than that we can make other arrangements.

Payment: If you are mailing in your order you can pay with a check or money order. Include your payment and order form. Remember to make a copy of the order form for yourself in case we need to discuss your order. We will email you when we have received your order, and again after it has shipped when we will forward the Post Office tracking number for your order. Remember orders paid with personal checks will have to wait up to 7-10 days for checks to clear.

Remember to choose a shipping address where the package can be received and signed for. Plan well and leave time for your order to be placed, printed, shipped and arrive. The better you plan out the timing of your order the less chance that you will be waiting for your Prints to arrive.

Our order form is in PDF format. You must use the free Acrobat Reader software to open and print the form on your end. This software is included on most new computers. If you do not have it, it may be downloaded from Adobe's web site for free. You may fill out the form on your computer to email or print, or simply print it and fill it out by hand.
